You deserve your best Life.
Counseling can help you get there.
What if there was an expert guide who could help you navigate life’s barriers, get unstuck and discover your best life? Our therapists & dietitians can be your guide! We'll help you get to where you want to go and have the life you deserve.
we’ve finally gotten past the idea that counseling is
just for someone in crisis.
Sure, it’s awesome for that. It’s also awesome for all the other stuff. The stuff that comes with just living. Because some days, we only need cat videos to feel better. Other days, it’s counseling for the win.
Counseling isn’t like talking to a friend.
For starters, counseling is 100% totally and completely focused on you. Your strengths. Your struggles. Your feelings. YOU!
Plus therapists and dietitians know things about how our brains and bodies work – they literally studied “Being Human: An Owner’s Manual” in school.
While your bestie (or your well-meaning family) might give you their opinion and advice, a professional’s office is a no-go zone for judgment. Instead, a skilled clinician gives you insight, understanding and practical ways to deal with whatever’s up. Big, small and in between.
Your dreams are not too big.
You are not too much.

counseling helps.
This is how.
Whether you're meeting a therapist or a dietitian, it starts with a conversation. In fact, that’s what happens in pretty much every session. You’ll talk with a clinician for about an hour. They’ll ask questions. Listen. Reflect back. Dig a little deeper. It’s not a sit-back, take notes kind of counseling. It’s a two-way discussion that you can tell is getting somewhere. Because you’ll set goals and intentions for things to work on between sessions. Then the next time you meet, you’ll see what worked. What didn’t. Adjust the plan. Create a path forward.
Sometimes you’ll feel great right after counseling. All energized and excited about what’s to come. Other times, you’ll feel seriously drained. Because counseling goes deep. When you tap into something heavy, it might get uncomfortable. But this is the place for that. And weirdly, that can be a sign of progress. Of working through the hard and getting to the good. Of getting to better.
begin now. start here.
We make it easy for you to get matched with a clinician- whether you want to see a therapist, dietitian or both! Just tell us a little more about yourself and where you’re at. It takes about three minutes. That’s it. Then we’ll let you know which clinician we think is the best fit. And if you want to choose a clinician on your own, you can take time to get to know our people here: Our People, then let us know who you want to work with.
