I work great with...

  • Clients who are new to therapy and would like a very engaged therapist with concrete, creative tools for personal growth
  • Individuals managing anxious thoughts who wish to gain more control over their emotions
  • Those who are feeling depressed and looking for creative ways to spark joy and cultivate clarity in their lives
  • Women experiencing a life transition needing support during a challenging life stage
  • Clients who have not found other types of therapy helpful and would like to explore more creative approaches to their mental wellness journey

Style & Approach

Clients describe me as warm and calm, providing a safe space to explore their emotional lives honestly.  By creating an environment of self-discovery, you will engage in practical and integrative tools that support your emotional journey and ignite your well-being. Working with clients from different backgrounds and life experiences has allowed me to develop holistic, creative approaches to improving mental health.  Together we will actively work toward your goals. Think of me as a creative therapist with a coaching style. You will leave with a new understanding of yourself and your unique authenticity. I believe in a collaborative approach to counseling to facilitate healing and personal growth. This is your one life; let's recreate it together!

Fun Facts

Psychology and wellness are not just a job but true passions for me! I read all the latest research and articles on wellness. I love to share any new knowledge gained with my clients and family!

For me, creativity doesn’t need to be formal.  It is about self-expression. From photography to cooking to just dancing around our living room, I love any creative outlet.

I feel calm and content after running.  I run most mornings. It is the way I clear my mind and prepare for my day.

My favorite animal is “all” animals! We currently have two fluffy cats.  Fun fact, one of our cats is leash-trained, and you can find me walking her in the garden.

I get way too excited about traveling - anywhere new! I especially love hiking with my family. I have been to almost every state in the USA and over 25 countries.

I am French-American, and I have taught my children to speak French since they were babies.

One of my favorite quotes is ‘“And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to blossom.”
