Figuring out this whole “adulting” thing
Let’s be real—adulting doesn’t come with a handbook. Together, we’ll make sense of the chaos and build practical, realistic coping strategies to help life feel a little less overwhelming.Empaths, deep feelers, and HSPs
You don’t need to shut down your emotions—or let them run the show. We’ll find ways to honor your emotional depth while creating more peace and resilience in your day-to-day life.Anxious minds that never clock out
If your brain is always “on,” making it hard to feel present or confident in your choices, you're not alone. I'll help you quiet the mental noise, tune into your intuition, and feel more grounded in your decisions.Reclaiming yourself after trauma
Healing is not about erasing the past—it’s about reconnecting with who you are beyond it. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can process your experiences and move forward with strength and self-trust.Embracing change without losing your footing
Change doesn’t have to mean chaos. Whether you're navigating transitions or redefining your identity, we’ll find ways to stay rooted and calm while everything shifts around you.Recovering from perfectionism
If you're tired of the constant chase to “get it right,” we’ll work on trading perfection for self-compassion, learning to celebrate progress, and enjoying the freedom that comes with being human—not flawless.
Style & Approach
Therapy is a collaborative journey. You bring your lived experience and unique perspective—I bring tools, insight, and support. Together, we’ll navigate the hard stuff, making space for healing in a way that feels true to you. Healing isn’t about eliminating discomfort; it’s about learning to sit with it, move through it, and build the coping strategies that support the life you want to live.
Clients often describe me as non-judgmental, compassionate, and empowering. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to explore your emotions, thoughts, and even the messier parts of life—without fear of judgment. And yes, I’m not afraid to bring a little humor into the therapy room when it fits—because sometimes, laughter is part of the healing too.
I believe growth comes from balance, not perfection. My approach is grounded in the belief that every person is already whole, creative, and capable of meaningful change. You are not broken—you’re evolving. Whether you're processing trauma, feeling emotionally off-center, searching for balance, or just trying to understand yourself more deeply, we’ll work together to honor where you are and take steps toward where you want to be.
Some of the approaches I Use...

Fun Facts
I have a large crystal collection. If you ever need a rock to hold—whether for grounding, clarity, or just because it’s pretty—I’ve got one!
My big three astrological signs are Pisces (Sun), Virgo (Moon), and Cancer (Rising).
Thunderstorms and gloomy days are my ultimate cozy weather.
My favorite self-care activities include long warm showers, journaling every thought that pops in my head, crocheting (beginner), and snuggling with my dog.
My dream is to one day open my own private practice on a ranch with a bunch of different therapy animals.
I recently adopted a 4-year old Jack-Russell Terrier/Boxer mix with an underbite named Mako. He looks like Wishbone and I’m definitely his emotional support human.
