I work great with...
Teens figuring out who they are—especially those exploring identity, belonging, and self-worth in a world that sometimes feels confusing or unkind.
Perfectionists with loud inner critics who feel stuck chasing impossible standards and need help learning self-compassion.
Big feelers who struggle to manage intense emotions like anger, sadness, or frustration—and sometimes turn to unhealthy coping strategies when overwhelmed.
Deep thinkers who feel misunderstood and are searching for connection, acceptance, and a space to explore their identity without judgment.
Teens navigating tough moments, including suicidal thoughts or shame spirals, who want to feel seen, valued, and supported as they learn to believe in themselves.
Style & Approach
Life can really suck sometimes—let's talk about it.
I take a direct and compassionate approach that's centered on you. Think of therapy as a journey we’ll take together—one where we build a strong connection (and maybe even share a laugh) to help navigate the deeper, uncomfortable stuff more easily.
Sadness, silliness, anger, excitement—no feeling is off-limits. In fact, they’re all welcome here.
I’m here to make sure you feel seen, heard, and understood.
I honor and celebrate all the identities you bring into this space—every body size, ability, race, sexuality, gender, religion, and value is welcome.
Some of the approaches I Use...
Compassion Focused and Person-Centered
DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy)
ERP (Exposure Response Prevention)
EFFT (Emotion Focused Family Therapy)
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
SMART Goal-Setting
Trauma-Informed Care
Intuitive and Mindful Eating
Experiential Therapy
Mindfulness
Fun Facts
I'm originally from the Seattle area where it’s rainy all the time and the sun
shows few and far between - so I've moved around since then, exploring
Portland, Chicago and now the lovely Austin, Texas. I truly love this work and
feel incredibly blessed every day to hold space for your stories, experiences and
emotions.
When I’m not working, I love to spend time with my two kitty cats (Zucchini
and Sage), explore Austin food spots, and cool off at the creek!
