I work great with...
Folks who are ready to understand and heal from the past to improve your current relationships, build deeper connections, and feel truly worthy of love and respect, I’m here to help you explore these important parts of yourself.
Couples seeking a deeper understanding and stronger bond, whether you’re just starting out, navigating a big change, or weathering tough times, I’ll help you find ways to reconnect and move forward together.
Teens or young adults feeling the weight of life’s stressors or going through a major transition, you don’t have to figure it all out on your own. Let’s work together to build the tools and resilience you need to feel more confident and grounded.
Parents and families wanting to strengthen your relationships and handle life’s ups and downs with more ease, I offer a space where each family member can be heard, valued, and supported in growing closer together.
Style & Approach
Every path in life has twists and turns, and each brings its own set of challenges. Whether you’re a parent navigating the emotional world of your teen, a young adult managing the stress of this challenging life stage, a couple seeking deeper connection and understanding, or an individual looking for new ways to manage life’s pressures, I’m here to walk this journey alongside you. Together, we’ll create a safe, welcoming space where your thoughts, struggles, and hopes can be heard and respected.
In my work with teens and young adults, I provide a non-judgmental environment where they feel empowered to express themselves authentically and explore their emotions safely. For families, I help bridge communication gaps and foster trust, so that each member feels valued and understood. And with couples, I support each partner in rediscovering their strengths, deepening connection, and building a foundation for lasting harmony.
Whatever stage of life you find yourself in, my approach is warm, calming, and rooted in genuine care for who you are as a person. You deserve a guide who not only understands the unique paths you’ve traveled but respects the bravery it takes to seek support. Let’s work together to turn this page in your life story into one of growth, resilience, and healing.

Fun Facts
My favorite food is cheese. Any type of cheese will put a smile on my face and
brighten my day. I tell my husband that I love him more than cheese, which says
a lot!
Some of my deepest thoughts and random wonderings arise when I am pulling
weeds in my garden or jogging in my neighborhood. Both activities lift my mood
and are ways I take care of myself.
Personal growth is my passion and what has enabled me to connect more deeply
with those whom I love. It is this work that has built a strong desire to facilitate
growth in others.
I love music because it can bring about any emotion from light, happy states to
sad and somber to angsty and everything in between. Music can be therapeutic
and powerful.
My favorite Austin activity is… people watching - at a coffee shop, in the park
or at a festival. Humans are fascinating creatures and we have some of the most
interesting humans in Austin. Some of my favorite people watching places have
been Barton Springs Pool, Eeyore's Birthday Party and ACL.
The best Saturday afternoon includes a good cup of coffee and time with
friends and family outdoors.
