I work great with...
If you feel like you're constantly walking on eggshells with your teen, or if you’re a teen who wishes the adults in your life could really understand what you’re going through, you’re not alone. I can help your family reconnect, rebuild trust, and strengthen your relationships by creating a space where everyone feels heard, seen, and valued.
If you’re new to therapy and feeling nervous, that’s okay! Starting this process can feel big, but you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you’re looking to build emotional resilience, gain confidence, or dive into meaningful self-exploration, we can take that first step together.
Deep thinkers, sensitive souls, and creative dreamers who feel stuck or misunderstood—whether it’s battling anxiety, depression, or big existential questions like, “Who am I, really?”
If you grew up feeling like the “underdog,” trying to please everyone else while losing sight of yourself, I get it. Whether you’re navigating complex trauma, overcoming self-doubt, or learning how to set boundaries and heal from family-of-origin challenges, we’ll tackle it together.
Sensitive or neurodivergent kids (ADHD, ASD, or learning differences), and their parents where I offer insight and tools to help you better understand and support your child. While my focus is on working directly with teens and young adults, I also meet with parents periodically to make sure everyone is on the same page and growing together.
Style & Approach
People often tell me I have a calming presence that makes it easier to open up, even when things feel tough. I’m all about making sure you feel heard and understood, but I’ll also help you stay on track with the goals you care about. We’ll work together to figure out what’s getting in the way and come up with practical steps to help you get closer to living the life that feels right for you. Whether you’re a teen trying to navigate all the ups and downs, a family looking to reconnect and find some peace, or an adult looking to heal from past traumas and rewrite your story, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Fun Facts
My favorite animal? Definitely my dog, Maple, who looks just like Scrappy-
Doo!
Self-care for me is playing video games in my perfectly lit living room, with just
the right mix of lamps and candles—and, of course, Maple snuggled up by my
side.
I get way too excited about golf! I’m not usually a morning person, but I’ll
happily jump out of bed for an early tee time.
My favorite Austin activity is exploring coffee shops and soaking in all the
unique vibes this city has to offer.
I feel calm and content when I’m outside in nature, especially in my favorite
place: West Texas and Big Bend.
