I work great with...
- Parents and families who want to build stronger connections and navigate life’s challenges together with more understanding and collaboration (and fewer power struggles).
- Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or stress? Let’s work on practical skills to help you feel more in control and at peace.
- Kids who’ve been through tough experiences and need a safe, supportive space to make sense of their feelings.
- Adults ready to heal old wounds—whether from childhood trauma or past relationships—and build stronger, more fulfilling connections.
- Struggling with eating or body image? I’ll help you heal your relationship with food and your body, so you can find freedom and self-acceptance.
- Tired of codependent relationship patterns? I’ll help you break free and create healthier, more balanced connections.
- LGBTQIA+ individuals and families, and those exploring gender or neurodiversity, who want affirming care and a space to feel truly seen and supported.
Style & Approach
Hi there! I’m a therapist who’s all about helping kids, adults, and families work through life’s tough stuff and make real, meaningful changes. My style is warm, down-to-earth, and super supportive—I’ll meet you wherever you’re at and create a safe space to sort things out. Whether you’re dealing with big transitions, anxiety, or tough emotions, we’ll tackle it together and find ways to help you feel more grounded and confident.
I have specialized training in Gottman Level One, trauma-informed care, and working with highly sensitive kids. I also support families going through divorce, people struggling with eating disorders, and kids and families with disabilities. For younger clients, I like to mix in play-based approaches, and I’m training in Sandtray and Play Therapy—just ask if you’re curious about it! My goal is to make therapy feel approachable and helpful, so you can build tools, feel more balanced, and take on whatever comes next.
Some of the approaches I Use...
Trauma Informed Care
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Holistic approach
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Trauma Focused- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
Unconditional Positive Regard
Collaborative
Attachment Theory
Person-Centered
