I work great with...
- For anyone ready to build self-esteem, manage urges, and transform harmful coping habits into healthier strategies for navigating emotions, let’s work together to create meaningful change.
- The Food-and-Body Overthinker: If thoughts about food and your body consume too much of your energy, we’ll work on stepping back from unhelpful narratives, embracing self-acceptance, and creating a relationship with food rooted in your values.
- Children and young adults struggling with food-related avoidant behaviors who want to feel more comfortable and confident around eating will find a compassionate, supportive space to grow.
- If you’re looking to manage distress, regulate emotions, and create a values-driven life filled with meaning and joy—even when life feels hard—we’ll develop the tools to make that possible.
- Young adults navigating the complexities of relationships—both with themselves and others—can discover how to cultivate deeper, more meaningful connections while staying true to their values and sense of self.
- The Recovering People-Pleaser: It’s time to reconnect with your values, challenge unhelpful patterns, and learn how to say “yes” to yourself without guilt.
- The Creative Soul with Big Feelings: If you’re highly sensitive, deeply introspective, and a little hard on yourself, we’ll create space to honor your emotions and move toward a life that feels rich, meaningful, and aligned with your creative spirit.
Style & Approach
My style is warm, funny, and non-judgmental, yet focused and action-oriented—I work best with clients who are ready to dive in and create meaningful change. Using evidence-based techniques combined with mindfulness, self-compassion, and a strong focus on the mind-body connection, I create a safe, collaborative space for growth.
Together, we’ll identify roadblocks, break old patterns, and nurture your most authentic self while building practical tools for long-term success. My strengths-based approach highlights what’s already working in your life while gently helping you release habits that no longer serve you.
I bring an interactive, engaging style to our sessions, blending humor and warmth to cultivate a space where you feel truly seen, supported, and empowered. Rooted in authenticity and connection, I believe self-awareness is key to unlocking a more balanced and fulfilling life. Through compassionate collaboration, I help clients develop a dynamic sense of self, build deeper relationships, and find purpose in ways that feel authentic and aligned.

For me, creativity is creating events that bring people together, dancing, making people laugh, baking and cooking.

The best Saturday afternoon includes farmers market, tacos, running, napping and live music. I want to do it all!
