I work great with...

  • Perfectionists! People who are hard on themselves and have a strong inner critic that want to learn how to be kinder to themselves.
  • Folks who want to heal from traumatic experiences and rediscover their sense of hope, agency, and safety.
  • People pleasers! People who want to find their inner voice and learn how to express themselves without guilt, shame, or fear.
  • Individuals who are interested in deepening their self-understanding, as well as their connection to their thoughts, feelings, and bodies.
  • Couples who want to develop and foster honest, open, and safe communication in their relationship.
  • People who are discontent with unhealthy relationship patterns and want to find new ways to relate to people in their romantic, friendship, and/or familial relationships.
  • People navigating complicated life transitions. This could be any significant loss or change in your life that you need support with.

Style & Approach

I believe that you have a unique life story that has molded you into the person you are today. My greatest goal is to truly see you, learn about the path that has brought you here, and approach our work together with curiosity and compassion. Together we can explore ways to deepen your self understanding and find a path toward the future you want for yourself. Clients often describe me as warm, creative, and open hearted. In our work together, we'll engage thoughtfully with your personal history, fears, and desires so you can uncover your authentic self, and find new, helpful ways of living so you can step into the future you want for yourself.

Some of the approaches I Use...

  • Narrative Therapy
  • Person-Centered
  • Relational-Cultural Therapy
  • Somatic Therapy
  • Mindfulness
  • Attachment-Based
  • Gottman Relationship Counseling

Fun Facts

I’m a total nerd about…anything fantasy/sci-fi-related. I love imaginative stories that take me out of this reality and into a new world!

My favorite outdoor activity is…anything water-related like swimming or paddleboarding. When it’s cold outside, I love going camping with my loved ones and taking a break from the city!

I love learning about...people! Specifically, I love learning about the multitude of unique ways people can feel, think, love, and live.

I feel calm and content when…when I am snuggled up on the couch with my two cats and significant other eating yummy food.

The best Saturday afternoon includes…spending the majority of the day outside until the sun goes down, then finishing the day with a good meal (that someone else cooked) and watching an interesting movie/TV show with someone I love.
