- Young adults looking to explore their identity and future direction.
- Members of the LGBTQIA+ community or those who are questioning, seeking support in exploring gender identity and sexuality, coming out, or navigating relationships.
- Children and adolescents struggling academically, with peers, or at home.
- People who want to improve their relationship with food and their bodies.
Style & Approach
When things feel hard in life, someone to help you find a path through the challenges is so important and I'm passionate about supporting you through the hard times and into the next chapter of the life you want for yourself. Your unique identities and lived experiences shape the way you see yourself and the world around you and I want to help you build on your strengths to get the life you deserve. Together we can identify and challenge the internalized messages that are holding you back in life. I aim to create a warm and non-judgmental environment for clients to explore their inner thoughts and feelings. And, in the safety of the therapeutic relationship, built on empathy and authenticity, we can explore how you can have the best possible relationships with your friends, your family and the romantic ones too.
Some of the approaches I Use...
· Relational Cultural Theory
· Feminist
· LGBTQ+ Affirming
· Play Therapy and Expressive Arts
· Self-Compassion
· Mindfulness
Fun Facts
My favorite outdoor activity is… swimming! Pools, rivers, lakes, the beach… it doesn't matter!
My favorite animal is a cat. They are such silly little animals, and I resonate with house cat energy.
For me, self-care involves listening to music, going on a walk, crafting, napping, spending time with friends, or cuddling my cat.
My favorite Austin activity is trying new restaurants and coffee shops. I follow all the foodie Instagrams!
For me, creativity is getting artsy. I love to crochet, paint, and embroider.
