I work great with...

  • People who like a goal oriented approach and flourish with empathetic guidance in their mental health journey
  • People who are ready to address how their past traumas are playing out in their present behaviors.
  • Adults who are ready to let go of codependent relationship patterns and build healthy connections.
  • Clients who want to learn how to manage big or quick emotions and emotional mood swings.
  • Emerging adults dealing with transitioning into college or the workforce.
  • LGBTQIA+ clients struggling with life transitions or inter/intrapersonal relationships.

Style & Approach

Counseling is a safe place for you to dive into the things that are holding you back and together, we'll explore how your current struggles developed and what might be keeping you from achieving your goals. When we explore the big topics and emotions together, we'll make space for mindfulness and nervous system regulation and you'll learn how every system in your body can play a part in positive mental health. I love to bring creativity into sessions and helping you express yourself through activities like sand tray, arts and crafts, or mindfulness skills like a body scan or guided imagery. My clients often describe me as direct and I'm willing to challenge you so that you can reach your goals. In our work together, my greatest goal is to empower you to live an authentic and growth-oriented life.

Some of the approaches I Use...

  • Gestalt
  • Neuroaffective Relational Model
  • Person-Centered
  • Gottman Certified Level 1 & 2
