Style & Approach
With a deep appreciation for life’s beauty and complexity, I bring a calm, curious presence to the counseling space. Inspired by a love of nature, creativity, and the power of human connection, I aim to create a warm and supportive environment where you can explore your inner world and work toward greater peace and balance.
Clients often describe me as intuitive, compassionate, and creative. My approach is collaborative, and I’m here to walk alongside you, helping you uncover your authentic self and empowering you to embrace it fully. Together, we’ll work toward a life that feels more grounded, meaningful, and true to who you are.
Some of the approaches I Use...
- Narrative
- Person Centered
- Mindfulness
- Creative and Expressive Therapies
- Timeline Exploration of Life Events and Experiences
- Cognitive Based Therapy (CBT)
Fun Facts
My favorite animal is a frog—they remind me of my Grandma, who loved them dearly.
I’m a bit obsessed with weaving and textiles! I create large woven tapestries and love collecting beautiful textiles from all over.
My favorite outdoor activity is swimming in natural bodies of water—rivers, lakes, oceans, you name it, I’m in!
Self-care for me means getting creative, cooking, turning my bathroom into a spa, and making time for exercise.
I feel calm and content listening to thunderstorms—I love them so much that I sleep to thunderstorm sounds almost every night.
For me, creativity is all about expressing emotions in a physical and visual way.
My favorite quote is: “Creativity is seeing what everyone else has seen, and thinking what no one else has thought.” – Albert Einstein
