I work great with...
- Those struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-esteem issues and are wanting to connect with and honor their authentic selves, and live a more intentional life.
- Adults who are ready to do the work of moving past old relationship wounds to find a new freedom and satisfaction.
- Those who struggle with overwhelming emotions that get in the way of showing up as their best selves, and are looking for ways to honor their emotions and navigate life more effectively.
- Folks grappling with substance use/abuse issues and are looking for clarity, support, and the tools to live sober and be more present in their own lives.
- Individuals with a friend or relative who is struggling with substance use issues or other addictions and are looking for support and guidance in what is often a painful, confusing, and very isolating experience.
- Clients looking for support and guidance in demystifying the challenges of today, setting goals for the future, and exploring what might be getting in the way with curiosity and kindness.
Style & Approach
Human beings are a force of nature. Each of us has our own unique path, personality, wisdom, and strengths. Throughout our lives we acquire and develop these gifts and talents. Along the path we also develop beliefs and behaviors that, in the moment, help us to survive and sometimes even thrive. Unfortunately, these behaviors and beliefs can simply stop working or they may become more painful and problematic than helpful.
Perhaps you are struggling with depression, anxiety, or other overwhelming emotions and find it difficult to get traction in life on your own. My goal is to get to know you and in the process help you get to know yourself better. I will encourage you to be really curious about what is holding you back and find ways to navigate these obstacles and move you closer to peace, happiness, and genuine fulfillment.
Whether you are struggling with the effects of past trauma, a life change you didn’t expect or some other difficult reality, I believe in the power of therapy to help you find your own inner wisdom, get unstuck, and live your best life.

Fun Facts
I love learning about other people’s experiences, plants, places –just a curious human all around.
Self-care for me is taking care of my mind, body, and spirit through good food, exercise, rest, yoga, creativity, learning, prayer, and meditation.
I’m happiest when I get to spend time outside with the people I love.
I get way too excited about neurobiology of emotions, behaviors, relationships and overall wellbeing.
